So this happened about a week ago, I just haven't got a round to writing about it yet. I have always wanted to go to Ice Castles. I heard about the ones in Utah but never went. The ones here in Idaho did not disappoint! I really want to know how in the world they build these things because honestly... It's INCREDIBLE! There was so much detail to everything there. There were tons of different color lit tunnels to walk through and explore. There was even a staircase that went up to a bridge and a few towers. There was also a fire juggler and sleigh rides. In all it was just a really good time! And it was cool because inside of the ice caves it wasn't too cold. That helped make it more enjoyable for sure. Monson and I had a good time dancing together to the music they were playing. He sure makes me happy. Life is good at the Mckay house!
So, life has been really busy lately. Basic life update, then I am going to do my best to stay on top of it from here on out! We performed in Singing in the Rain. Monson was Cosmo and I was in the ensamble. It was an interesting experience... to say the least. We went to Disney World with the McKays, it was a lot of fun, but Disneyland is much better! Lake Powell... The trip from the Black Lagoon... everything that could have gone wrong... did, haha! Fall Classes started I started working as a Math Mentor at UVU Monson started learning the Banjo I organized a family talent show Monson started and stopped 2 jobs, KFC and Finishing Carpentry I got a second job as a Student Assistant in the Hospitality Management Program Monson has decided to be a History teacher Over all, we have been having a great time. It is so nice to live close to family. It is fun to be involved in the traditions we grew up loving. When we lived in Rexburg we had to sacrifice a lot of those things. Monso...
